She has been in the field for over a decade gaining enormous amounts of experience and expertise. Having worked with renowned companies and personalities, Tenzin now envisions making soft skills training more inclusive and immersive with a touch of luxury. Tenzin is the founder, CEO, and principal coach of Le Prestige Luxury Soft Skills Academy.

Tenzin has worked in close association with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso) as a translation-compere and has been a master of ceremonies for several fashion events and shows.  In addition, she is a social worker and activist for children of the deprived communities who have no access to education and opportunities. She firmly believes that one’s ability to communicate must be flexible and not be restricted to norms based on age, gender, profession, or social background. Her work has been revered and featured in India pages and Mid-day on their print and e-news portal.

She is a talk show host; the creator and host of The Tenzin Show. The Tenzin Show unravels the life of passionate achievers and their success stories irrespective of fields and professions. It aims at inspiring ordinary individuals who dare and aspire to succeed in their lives by presenting them with success stories that the “common” can relate to. The major objective of this show is to uplift and accelerate people with positivity.

Tenzin has interviewed eminent personalities from diverse industries including Hollywood and Bollywood Celebrities, Industrialists, Scientists and Researchers, High Performance Athletes, Entrepreneurs, World-renowned Chefs, Social Workers, Authors, Speakers and more.  
She is also the talk show host of the Hindustan Times original series – Waking Up Closer to Tibet. Where she interviews notable experts and guests who shed light on the culture and lifestyle of the Tibetan people.
